I was able to find this bird while searching for brown birds on Oahu on What Bird. I did not find any image of it on the image search elsewhere. :( And it took several visits to sites to find it´s latin name. Strange! Yet I found it is a runaway "cage bird" as well.

It is a pretty bird, a great sighting. The first shot is my favorite.. Happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteLucky you!!! There was one reported in East Texas this past year/year and a half, and I would've loved to have seen it. They're gorgeous.
