Småskrake - Mergus serrator - Red-breasted Merganser

A few female Red-breasted Merganser were swimming in the harbor.
In a way I think it is weired to travel that far just to find the same birds you have at home. Not that I see them often, but still. :)

Hello, it has been awhile since I have seen a Merganser. They are pretty, great shots.

We have merganzers here in Florida but not this same kind. WOW! They are amazing!
