This one was sitting in a tree all by itself. Just sitting there half asleep not bothered by all people watching it. Probably a well known bird world wide.

  5. What a beautiful owl! We definitely don't have that species here. How exciting that you were able to see it and photograph it. I sometimes hear owls here at night, but I very rarely see one.
