Ok, I´m asking you what this is. For a moment I saw this bird in a tree. Is it moulting or is it sick? Because it can´t really look like that, can it? Wild Bird Wednesday

At first glance I'm thinking wild turkey and if so, yes, they really look like that. The color of the head seems off.
