Swedish birds in Japan

Two common birds where I live in Sweden was also found in Japan. To my surprise. 

I´m a bit unsure about the crane next to the ad crane. I think it is a young common crane as there was no other cranes with a black patch below the bill. But I have never seen this coloring. On he other hand they are never in Sweden at this time of the year.

  1. I so very much wish I could see the Common Crane in real life. There was ONE reported in Northwest Texas this past Spring...but that is nearly 1000 miles from where I live so....no go for me.
