Tretåig mås - Rissa tridactyla - Black-legged Kittiwake

This is a beautiful little gull I have only seen once before and that was in Scotland. It is white with a yellow bill and short black legs. It was quite fun to see them flying like this catching something on the water surface.

Tobisgrissla - Cepphus grylle - Black Guillemot or Tystie

The Black Guillemot belongs to the Auks family. A bird I have seen once before, in Scotland. and only as an adult. I like this black bird with white patches and red legs. I did not expect to find it in Varanger. A bonus to the trip. :)  It did not come to the hide and feeding place. I only saw it from the boat and from land.

Well, I am pretty sure this is an Iceland Gull, probably first winter. I don´t dare chose any more shots of it as I have a hard time separating this one from the Glaucous gull. They are too much alike for me to tell the difference.

The largest member in the gull family. Quite impressive when it dives toward you.
